• Email address. When you join our launch list, we collect your email address. We use a double opt-in, so you confirm your subscription by email before we add you.
• Marketing attribution. When you arrive from a link or ad, we may record referral details such as the referring page, UTM campaign tags, and advertising click identifiers (e.g., Google gclid, Meta fbclid) so we understand how people discover Azuhl.
• Usage & device data. We automatically collect standard information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view, primarily through the analytics and advertising tools described below.

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies:

• Google Analytics (GA4) sets cookies (e.g., _ga, _ga_*) to measure site traffic and usage.
• Meta Pixel sets cookies (e.g., _fbp, _fbc) to measure advertising performance and build audiences.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with service providers who help us operate the Site:

• Brevo — our email service provider; stores your email and signup details to deliver our messages.
• Google — Google Analytics processes usage data on our behalf.
• Meta — we send advertising and conversion data, including a hashed (irreversible) version of your email, to Meta via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure ad performance.

Sharing data with advertising partners such as Meta may be considered “sharing” for targeted advertising under some U.S. state privacy laws (see “Your Choices and Rights”). We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your Choices and Rights

• Email. Every email includes an unsubscribe link; you can opt out at any time.
• Analytics & ads. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google opt-out add-on, and manage ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings.
• U.S. state privacy rights. Depending on your state (e.g., California or Oregon), you may have the right to access, delete, or opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. To exercise these, email us at info@happycapygames.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
• EU/EEA/UK visitors. If you are in these regions, you may have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR (access, correction, deletion, objection). Contact us to exercise them.

Data Retention

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the respective providers’ policies.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
